I am contemplating a purchase between the TC29D/33D and the JD 4200. I believe the TC29 is a touch more HP than JD. The NH stuff is cheaper than the green, but is it as good or is it better? Any thoughts or suggestions on which is a better buy? TC29D is $13.7K,HST, no SS, no access. price ok?

They are both fine tractors, Ipurchased my TC29D after 4 months of research. You are right the Tc is 3 more horsepower then the deere and I thought it was the easiest to service out of all the tractors I looked at wich is all of them. I also found the new holland to be a bit cheaper then the deere but wit hpretty much all the same features. Your best bet is to drive both and you should know which one you fell more comfortable in. The price is right in line with what I paid, my total was 17,600 with, f.e.l. with 68 h.d. bucket and 5ft. bushhog. hope this helps.P.S. I have had my TC for two months now and love it put 50hrs. on it and it has preformed flawlessly. ....
